Remember how I told you we have floor to ceiling windows in our apartment? Well, the balcony is also made of glass, and today a little bird flew into the space between the window and the balcony and couldn't get out. We had to lock Gozer up because he wanted to contribute to lunch, :-(, and despite our best attempts to coax it out, the bird was just flipping out. Finally I grabbed him with some towels, and my DH snapped this right before he (she?) flew away. On another bird-related note, I learned from my guidebook yesterday that Turks consider it good luck when a pigeon poops on you. Yep. Until next time...xoxo.
